Shipping Day: Shipping will be within 2 days when we receive your order, Shortly after your order ships, you will receive an email or whatsapp news providing your tracking information. Please note that some shipping carriers require 24-48 hours to update tracking once a package has been picked up.While we make every ef fort to ship orders quickly, The shipping day can not be guaranteed during major holidays including but not limited to: Christmas, New Years Eve/Day, and during the week of Thanksgiving.

Shipping Carriers: Most of our items are shipped through carriers (UPS, FEDEX,DHL), we may also use USPS(EMS/E-Packet) Priority Mail for smaller items. Items by air normally are delivered in about 9-15 days or less but in rare cases delivery can take up to 20 days.

Freight Shipping: Large items (over 20LBS) are shipped by freight lines and are normally delivered in about 3 week (most are delivered in less than 1 month, but in rare cases delivery can take up to 30 days). Some freight orders will be assessed an oversized handling fee; this fee is not refundable. We will email you the shipping/tracking info so you can track your shipment. Signature is Required on all Freight deliveries. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii: So far, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

How long will it take until I receive my order: Many items are delivered in 15-20 days and most are delivered in 7-15 days
